When it comes to the Freelance world, agreements and contracts are everything. Since you work on the contractual basis, you must make sure to keep signed record of all of  your agreements. When you decide to work with some one you will need to make a contract or agreement. This document will have all the information pertaining to what services you will be providing them. Your contract is your security blanket, your protection. This way no matter what as long as you hold up end of the bargain you will receive your full payment. Now, as I stated you are agreeing to something as well. With a contract or agreement you are saying that you will fulfill their needs in a correct and timely manner. Contract writing is not too hard. All you need to do is a little research. Go to your local library or search the web and find contract or agreement templates. These are blank outlines made by other people, that you can use for your own business. You don't have to get all fancy with it either, just make sure you hit all the basic points. Keep at it and in no long you will be a contract writing master!!
